"People who work here can be rude and unnecessarily aggressive. This spot been here for years and they are not the only furniture place around but act as if they have no competition. They make exchanges difficult, they are not consistent in good service sometimes pretending to be nice, other times not being nice. Got a glass table from them awhile back and they played games saying we can exchange, then can't then can again, stalling out the date for the exchange policy so we couldn't bring it back. Review stars are kind of subjective when you see 5 stars on some and 1 on others. When you see legit reasons for a 1 star, it should raise concern, it's not like people are just upset for no reason but those who leave 5 are just doing so because they had no issues during their purchase which is not accurate to the ethics and culture of the company. My experience happened a few years ago and I still felt strong enough to come back years later and leave a review, so that should tell you something. I don't even have the glass table anymore, it broke easily."
