"On 08/01/2023 I went to buy 2 twins bed with 2 mattresses. The young lady that was helping me show me the beds in a magazine and I told her yes that’s the one but please make sure it’s the same one. Her and the man that was there which he was chubby and light skin. Guarantee that the bed that was on the magazine was going to be the same one that was going to be delivered. Guess what people I get home and it’s a different bed. So today I call 08/03/2023 and a disgusting rude guy answer me saying that the young lady was off today and to call back tomorrow, but I told him I wanted to speak with the Owner because she just works there. He was like to bad call back tomorrow so I told him I will go in person and someone needs solve this. Like how can you cheat people like that I’m paying for something you show me on a magazine and you guaranteed that’s the one that is going to show up in my house. PLEASE PEOPLE BE AWARE OF THIS"
"The quality of the products is the worst . I received a kitchen drawer ( furniture)full of scratches different colors , scratched ( you can see the glue ).when I called them they didn’t give me any solution .customer service treat people with no respect the saleswoman RUTH was trying to steal money from a deposit that I gave him. "I'm really upset with these people; they really go out of their way to get a sale. I tried to decline a sale but they promised me it would arrive in an hour, so I decided to buy a kitchen stand. When I called back after 3 hours, they kept delaying and delaying. I understand good sales skills but I can't stand lying. Don't buy from these people!"
"Just ordered furniture today. Atmosphere is friendly and businesslike. The person who helped me was very hospitable and anything I requested he complied. I am very satisfied with the customer service and the merchandise. Get it on Monday! How fabulous is that. And I would like to thank the owner Saleh. Awesome store and staff!!!!!"
"This was a definite 5 Star +++ experience...my order arrived quickly, in perfect condition. Customer service with The salesmen Carlos was excellent. The sectional was beyond my expectations, was well packaged and is very high quality. Rey furniture never disappoints me . I would highly recommend my experience with any future customers.
