"My experience with Mattress Firm Company has been nothing short of a nightmare. I had my heart set on a specific mattress (tempur-pedic pro adapt medium ) that had a clear price tag, and I eagerly proceeded to the cashier with the anticipation of making the purchase. However, when I reached the checkout counter, I was in for a rude shock as the price was significantly higher than what was marked on the mattress. What's even more disheartening is that I waited patiently for two long months, tirelessly chasing after the company in hopes of receiving the price that was initially advertised. Regrettably, their response to my inquiries was nonexistent. They didn't bother to provide any explanation or resolution. The impact of this ordeal on my life has been substantial. I had to delay moving into my new house due to the unfulfilled promise of getting the right mattress at the right price. In my desperation, I had to order a temporary mattress, which has been a source of disappointment. The store really gave me the impression that they genuinely cared about their customers and would rectify the situation. However, their actions have shown otherwise, leaving me feeling frustrated and utterly let down. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Beware of this company and its misleading pricing tactics. My move and overall comfort have been significantly disrupted due to their lack of transparency and poor customer service, which is only by online chat or through the store. There is no phone or manager to speak to."
