"I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you aren't paying attention you will be cheated. I changed an item due to unavailability of the first item. The price of the second item was more than $100 less. The adjustment was not made and I was still being ask to pay a balance. Not an oversight or a mistake. I caught Santos in 3 different lies. I have evidence. They have nice pieces but the careful of the people that will facilitate your purchase"

"I had the worst dealing with this terrible furniture and appliance store today. Service is lousy. All of you future customers, stay awayyyyyyyyy. They lie. They told me that the delivery men would deliver a fridge to the third flr, and remove the old fridge to put in my yard for sanitation to pick up, but they refused to that. Prior before I paid my bill I specifically asked the manager Santo, will his delivery men bring down the fridge, and he said yes. When his men refused to remove old fridge I called him back to find out why his workers refused to bring the fridge down, he told me we did not discussed that, which is a lie. I had a witness at the time of purchase who confirmed that he said he would have his men remove old fridge. I had to take the fridge apart myself to bring it downstairs. Furthermore, they had me sat and wait for them from 9am-5pm waiting for delivery of fridge when manager Santo told me it would be bet 9-3. They did not show up until 5pm. I will go back to PC Richards from now on. STAY AWAYYYYYYYYYYYYY."
