I’m always a little nervous going to a new doctor for the first time. That all changed for me today. Met with Dr. Gallagher, who right from the start wanted to know what my concerns were, I knew he was listening as I was talking to him , for me that’s a huge important piece of meeting a new doctor. He then proceeded to do an exam and as his was doing the exam he took the time to explain in a very detailed fashion what his findings were. And kept reassuring me that it would all be OK. "My first experience in the office, meeting Kim, was most pleasant and comforting. Dr. John Gallagher explained the procedure and made me feel comfortable with my decision to have vein surgery. He immediately gained my trust at my first consultation. On the day of my surgery the entire office was extremely professional and friendly. When I met the anesthesiologist he was exceptional and put me at ease immediately. The procedure went exactly as explained and I am extremely happy with the results!! Since both legs needed surgery, I returned for a second procedure two months later with no appreciation whatsoever.
