"I hate to leave a review and not having actually been seen by anyone. BUT THATS THE PROBLEM!!! No one answers the phone !!!! Ive called and left messages no call backs. Cant make an appointment. Im convinced this “health center” is a cover up for another sketchy business. DOES ANYONE WORK HERE ??!!"

"Love the doctors here - everyone is very friendly. I recommend making an appointment because they are always overbooked so if you’re a walk in you’ll wait forever."

"It’s always new doctors new staff nasty and rude not professional at all and never met my needs Dr.Rafovil Natasha Blaiza and Nurse Henry no help at all they ask for you to put in complaints to help the clinic operate better meanwhile aren’t able to resolve complaints I asked for a letter and walked in to be seen by my docto Dr. Rafovil he gave me hell to be seen and told me not to ever walk in very rude and wasn’t able to get the letter that I requested. I’ll take my business elsewhere where my needs could be met and will never refer anyone to this clinic."

"I’ve been calling for medical for a week now and can not get anyone…. I am starting a new job and need my physician to fill out paperwork and can not get anyone on the phone…this is unacceptable…. I’ve been coming here for years and know they are going to tell me I have to wait a few days before the paperwork could be filled out…. I no longer live in Brooklyn but still travel here from time to time, so it will be a huge inconvenience if I have to drive all they way there to give in my paperwork…"

"The OB-GYN dept here is so kind. I’ve had a lot of really bad experiences with female health in New York City and this department here is just great. Jenny Ye is their nurse practitioner and she’s amazing. Always makes me feel comfortable and the ladies in the office are also super helpful and patient - especially as I am self-pay. Really appreciate them all!"
