"Update: 9 months and still waiting for them to call in one prescription. We have had three appointments and they “just forgot” for 9 MONTHS. They are so unorganized, don’t waste your time. It’s a medical office whose lack of professionalism is actually detrimental to peoples health because they can’t get anything done. Waiting over 3 months for things like a simple prescription are not worth it. Go elsewhere."

"Ive been coming here for quit a few years now, Yes i can a will agree with the wait times do be insane. I love Dr Robinson he is good at what he do..I also witness that its not only him but the patients are the cause as well some need more time than others.I went in for a bloodpressure reading in & out but do to another elderly patient he was more focus on trying to monitor & get her pressure down which i completely understand and my simple visit took 2hrs from the wait time and to be seen.. DR Robinson does not rush u and answer all your questions & concerns just as well he takes the time out and ask u questions.. He makes me enjoy going to the DOCTOR..."

"The wait on phone is outrageous! I called 2x for refills & can't get a respond. Today I waited on line for 20 minutes and demand to speak directly to Dr. Robinson. Right now is Thursday 8pm waiting on a call back. Even before the pandemic the phone service is bad. I finally received a recorded call back on Friday 9/25/20 @ 3pm. Call stated that my refills were Emailed to CVSCaremark. After 5 calls my refills were send. My medications finished, now I have to wait until CVSCaremark process the email for my refills. Unbelievable!!!"

"The wait times are WILD. I am used to long wait times, but this is on a new level. I have sat in the waiting room for 2+ hours. I’ve had 2 occasions where I had to leave because they had me waiting for so long that I was late for work. The phone wait times are also so long. I was just on hold for 20 minutes and they just hung up on me. The office is disorganized, voicemails are never answered, and what is promised by the providers is not delivered upon by the front desk. The former NP Anne Linderman is one of the best providers I have ever had, but she moved. The new NP is also helpful and takes time to get to know you as a patient."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Lopez and Dr. Robinson for the 30 years I have lived in Brooklyn. They are both top notch, dedicated Family doctors. We brought our daughter to them as a child and she is still a patient. If you find yourself waiting to see them during a busy time, it is only because they give every patient the time they need without rushing. That is what you have to tolerate for the best care, unfortunately. The only issue they need to fix is their voicemail which started when they merged with Prominis. It is frustrating not to be able to get through to the office at times. Sometimes their specialist recommendations are spotty. I've only found that because I have needed some exceptional specialist care in certain areas and had to do research on my own. I give them 5 stars for quality of care and to help even out the unfair 1 star reviews."
