"I've been to the clinic on Friday July 14th however I'm still trying to get them to get my medication nurses over there lying and said Pharmacy never called them to get approval for my insulin meanwhile the pharmacy called twice and I was there next to the pharmacist when she called so now here I am three days later still trying to get them to call the pharmacist for the approval of my insulin I called the pharmacist had her on a freeway because the nurse said I was lying when I called the clinic the nurse said nobody never called and the pharmacist spoke up and said she was the pharmacist from CVS Pharmacy so the nurse from the clinic 1000 Church Avenue hung up the phone right away because she knew she was lying I've called there four times now I just spoke to a supervisor and she claims she will call me back after she talks to the doctor"
