"For starters he was 30 minutes late so I was left in the virtual waiting room for half an hour. When he did come on his video quality was extremely poor. There were two instances where he became distracted because I noticed him looking to the side and beyond the camera. I left the visit with no plan of action. His recommendation was to try a combination of medicines that I had previous tried in the past. He stated that this was the most common approach. He rationalized this by saying that my doctor may not have given me the proper does. When I told him I had no desire to do this he did not present any further options. I left this visit feeling both frustrated and aggravated. As someone who paid out of pocket because my insurance was not accepted I would call this a big waste of time and money."

"I’ve been going to this office for over 15 or more years. I don’t know why I stay just hate change but I’m tired of always waiting for the most part an hour to see the doctor. Even now with COVID-19 you still wait over an hour for your appointment by phone call. But if you cancel on short notice you get a charge if you don’t show. My time is just as important. He’s very nice man but as a long term doctor I really don’t know."

"First question I asked was are you accepting new patients? They(two depts) replied YES! They made me wait till the following week to call back,which was supposed to be for an appointment the same week. Well they called at 3:30pm on Monday to tell me Dr.Rosen will not be able to see me,or any other of the doctors either as they are all booked and others are on vacation. Now my own personal Dr. recommended me to him. And even though I pay well over $500.00 per month for health insurance plus co-pays for my prescriptions, they asked all these questions and I should have NEVER said I am recently Homeless as I firmly believe this is why they are CHOOSING NOT TO TAKE ME ON AS A NEW PATIENT! I am working with people who are trying to help me obtain housing and getting an evaluation is one requirement for the application. And This Doctor won't even see me! And it wasn't just a phone call either. I had to research several Doctors with Medicare to make sure they accept the insurance. Then contact my internist and give her these doctors so she can choose for me. Then after she gave me two names, then I research them on the NYS PHYSICIANS LICENSE WEBSITE, and review their whole history and if they have any malpractice cases. If then I'm satisfied then I move forward to contacting the doctor. But if once you call and they CHOOSE to NOT ACCEPT YOU, and in my case I believe it's because I'm currently Homeless well then...I have to start all over again. AND THIS DOCTORS OFFICE AND IT'S STAFF HAS NOW JUST WASTED MY TIME AND SET ME BACK FURTHER IN TRYING TO GET HOUSING FOR MYSELF!! SO A BIG "F" FOR THIS DOCTOR!!!"

"Has gone and above and beyond in his care for me. The receptionists at the front desk are always helpful and polite."

"Been under Dr. Rosen's care for approximately 7 years. He is a great Doctor, and an amazing, caring man. His patients really do matter. You may have a wait at times, but that is because Dr. Rosen really listens, and doesn't rush you out if you are in trouble. Office staff is great."
