"There is a big problem with the staff at the smithtown office, is almost impossible to communicate with them you have to leave a message for to call you back but they don’t call back even you told that you are out of medication, the Doctors office is terrible I won’t recommend it."

"Good luck getting someone to answer phone calls or requests of any sort! I was seen by Dr. Xu, and had a terrible experience, waited 50 minutes in the waiting room, and she basically came in a rush and couldn’t wait to be done. She got annoyed every time I asked her about my diagnosis and pretty much just wanted to prescribe pills and leave the room. She walked out of the room without even asking if I had any questions about my diagnosis and sent a prescription over to my pharmacy to be taken pretty much forever! Now that I would like to change my doctor and go to a different practice, I can’t get anyone to send over my records! I have left numerous messages but no one returns my calls. Seems like I might just have to show up to the office and demand my records. Unbelievable!"

"I been going to dr.rumore for years,but since I'm having a hard time getting in touch with office staff and nobody ever calls back it's time to find a new doctor. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone the doctors are good but the office staff are making the doctors look bad."

"Nobody calls with lab results. I have been calling the office for 2 weeks straight. I have left numerous messages and not once has anyone called back. Not only have I left messages but I call multiple times and I get sent right to a general voicemail box. I cannot get 1 single person on the phone for weeks now. I can’t even leave a message for the office manager or my Dr. Horrible office and management!! Time to get a new Dr."

"Family--grandma, mom, and me - been coming here for years, but in the past year it's impossible to get hold of somebody on the phone. Left voicemail several times because the pharmacy said they need a re-authorization for my refills. Docs are great once they see you. I guess it is management that's ruining the practice."
