They said that I was positive for Lyme disease,instead of sending me the prescription immediately. I was in pain the whole weekend and the week. Awful customer service.."

"This place has gone rapidly downhill. No one should have to wait 90 minutes for something as simple as prescription refills. It’s ridiculous. I finally just left and told them to send my prescriptions to the pharmacist. My family and I have been going here for at least 15 years. No more. Time to find a new Dr"

"Run!!! There is absolutely no quality of care at this place anymore. I started there in approximately 2010. I watched them run the practice into the ground. They do not care about patients at all. They tell me they’re sending in a prescription. I call and I can’t even reach an answering machine to follow up. Prescription never even sent. The wait in the office is hours long. The place is filthy."

"Went in to get tested for Covid-19. I went to the clinic to get swabbed. I checked in by phone and didn’t even need to leave my car. A staff member came out to take my temperature and swab. My Telehealth appointment was with Dr. Azaz who was very kind and professional. He took the time to explain things to me as well as answer my questions. Overall it was a great experience. I’ll receive my test results through my patient portal in a day or two."

Dr. Azaz know his patients. We are not just a science project. He treats his patients like he would his family.
