Green Valley K9 is a premier dog boarding and daycare facility located at 810 Calkins Road in New York, United States. Our institution offers 120 private suites spread out over four boarding wings, each featuring natural light, air & noise filtration, and raised dog beds with fleece toppers for maximum comfort.
At Green Valley K9, we provide a fun-filled daily stay for your furry friend, with both indoor and outdoor play areas as well as a pool for them to enjoy. Our daycare companions ensure that your pup gets plenty of exercise, rain or shine. Advanced booking is required for our daycare services as each pup gets their own individual suite.
In addition to our boarding and daycare services, Green Valley K9 also offers a full-service grooming salon for current clients. Your best friend can enjoy a grooming session while staying with us, or you can schedule a grooming appointment independently of boarding or daycare.
Our indoor "Endless Summer" pool is a favorite among our canine guests, featuring a 20 x 20 foot step-in design with wading depth for splashing and swimming. Please note that we are currently not accepting new grooming clients, so we ask that you only fill out an application for daycare and kennel services. "I had taken my dog to green valley in the past for boarding while we were on vacation… then again 2 different times for daycare and most recently over the Christmas holiday for 1 week. In that week i was never notified of any issues so i thought everything was going good. The day my dog was picked up the information sheet said she could no longer be boarded or have daycare because it was not a good fit for her. The paperwork went on to say that she was very anxious and was “not thriving” So for a full week instead of being notified or my emergency contact being notified they allowed my dog to continuously become anxious or “not thriving”. And then had no explanation as to why we were not notified to this earlier."
"I have been sending my dog Rocky here for the past 3 years and couldn’t not recommend green valley enough!! The staff are friendly and you can tell they care about the dogs. My dog gets excited to go and he comes home exhausted from a day of fun! They are trustworthy, friendly, and a perfect place to send your dog for a day or overnight stay."
"My boy loves this place, and so do I! All I say to my dog is, “Want to go play with the puppies?” and he races to the door ready to head to GV-K9. There’s a wonderful variety of activities for dogs, including the awesome pool! Thanks for providing a great service!!!"
"GVK9 has been a great place for our Bernedoodle Gus. He has gone there twice a week since he was a puppy and is always happy to go. He is now 3 1/2. The staff are amazing. They all know each dog and its personality. They are friendly, even during the occasionally chaotic hand-offs. The facility is beautiful, clean and always smells great; or rather, does not smell at all. Keep up the great work. Thank you."
