Camp Caledonia is a charming institution located at 2432 County Route 6 in Hammond, New York, United States. Available for select weeks during the 2023 and 2024 seasons, groups can enjoy the entire camp which includes 7 cottages accommodating up to 30 people. Additionally, guests have access to pontoon boats, kayaks, a canoe, and dockage for up to 6 boats, all at a discounted rate.
The camp has been run by the Miller family for four seasons, continuing a tradition that dates back to the 1940s. Offering 1- and 2-bedroom rental cottages, Camp Caledonia provides a variety of options for guests. The Highland cottages offer stunning views, while the Lowland cottages are just steps away from the water.
All cottages are equipped with modern amenities including free TV and Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, and heating. Guests are responsible for bringing their own linens and paper goods, as well as cleaning up before checking out.
Summer rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday, while spring and autumn rentals require a minimum of three nights. Pets are welcome at Camp Caledonia, so guests can bring their furry friends along for the vacation.
Boat rentals are available to guests, with options ranging from pontoon boats to kayaks. Life jackets are provided, and guests can make use of the boat launch and dockage facilities. Whether you're looking to relax by the water or enjoy some fishing, Camp Caledonia offers a peaceful retreat in the beautiful North Country of New York.

"We loved the comfortable cabins of Camp Caledonia! The view of Black Lake from MacPherson cottage is perfect. All appliances, furniture, bathrooms were well kept and clean. Wi-fi was very fast. There was a fleet of boats available, from powered pontoons down to kayaks and canoes. We plan to return next year!"
