Our installation team (Chris, Tommy and Sean) had strong work ethics, excellent craftsmanship, and great communication. The guys took time to answer my questions and explained every step of the installation. Each day was filled with laughter, singing, hard work and an overall wonderful environment. The installation team cleaned up after themselves each day and made sure everything was done how I wanted it to be. "I was in a jam due to a Home Depot glitch and needed carpet installed in all the bedrooms and family room ASAP. I reached out to Bills and Jerry was super helpful and understanding. He took the Home Depot quote and immediately helped me come up with some price equivalent option and the installation set up the next day. That same week Bernie's crew installed the carpet and they did it all in one day. The crew was super courteous and hard working. The carpet looks great and I'm super happy with the whole service.
