"Contacted this company about gaps in my floor as they did the original work in my new build. At first they said they would call back but never did. After two weeks called them again and was promised follow up but it never happened. The service department has no customer service skills and just keeps giving us the runaround."

"Once again Igor and team has helped us with our flooring needs. We previously used Victor Furniture for our basement flooring and to finish out our first floor. We now are going with new flooring on our entire first and second floor for a different look. The staff was very helpful and informative. Great work!"

"Absolutely horrible owner to deal with!! Had a recliner chair that we had a problem with and he just kept blowing us off and never took care of an issues. They had some beautiful furniture and the sales people were good but as soon as we had a problem everything changed. Never returned our calls after several attempts. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Victor furniture with that kind of customer NO service."

"So my wife and I were extremely excited to build our first home. We were excited with every step of the build until the final reveal. We have tile that was not spaced and the grout lines were shabby and not done correctly. I contacted Gerber to fix this however they have not returned my call. The contractor that completed the tile was Victor Flooring- I would love for one of these companies to contact me to fix this. The cabinets from Cornerstone Kitchen have been contacted to discuss our cabinets they have dings and dents that the contractors damaged during installations, as well as the electrician cutting holes into the cabinets. I would like for someone to please contact me and they just are not calling back! We finished in June this is October I would like someone to take responsibility and contact me to fix what we paid good money for!"

"At first, we were very pleased with the service we received while we were picking out our flooring - laminate, carpet, tile. Then things started to fall apart: our flooring was "missing", then it took forever to "reorder". When the flooring finally came, two different kinds appeared with our name on it and Igor had to contact me to find out which was ours. The installers didn't bother to measure the heating vents ( the vents were right in the house) and 4 of them didn't fit; the thresholds were not correct and are loose. We called several times to have things corrected, but customer service has been poor. Very disappointed in the end."
