"Great experience shopping at City Mattress. The salesman was very respectful, answered any questions we had, and was not pushy at all. Unfortunately the mattress we purchased ended up not lasting us very long as we mistakenly chose one that was a bit too soft in the end but that's in no way City Mattress's fault. Exchange policy is also one of the best compared to other stores we visited."

"So I bought my fist mattress from here. Overall the staff was ok, it took them. Some time to warm up to us it seemed. Maybe he thought me and wife weren’t serious buyer or maybe he just didn’t care I can’t say, but by the end of us buying the mattress I felt comfortable. Now the pricing was amazing and I love our new bed. The process only took about 45 mins which isn’t long to me consider a credit check is run and stuff. I would recommend going to city mattress over other places."
