"I have known David for years when he worked across the street but because of apathy I didn’t follow when he left. I had called in a refill for my diabetes meds at the other place. The day came that I need it, I called they said back order probably two weeks. No call to let me know. No suggestions from them as how to resolve it. I called my Dr and he said I should not go without my meds. They said I should call other pharmacies. In an off chance I stopped in here. David remembered my name and made arrangements to get me the medication about 3 hours later. This is customer service! The Village Pharmacy will have all my pharmacy business from now on. I only wish I hadn’t waited so long! Support this local business, you will be happy you did."
