"Re,re,re. If that pharmacist would have stated the truth that it eas not a pre authorization requirement. It eas a copayment. I would have never bothered my doctor's office to begin with. This pharmacy often does not have my meds and makes me wait even longer. She is the most rude supposedly professional I have ever dealt with in a long while. Especially, since pay raises almost across the board. She is aggressive and it feels very intimidating. Please Rite Aide owners. Correct this issue. Thanks very much."

"The most terrible pharmacy!!!. They don’t answer the phone for days at a time!!! Scripts are more than 2 weeks behind and if you get your medications here I recommend calling in a refill whenever you receive you order. This was a great place to get medications needed in a timely fashion, now treatment is less than mediocre. They definitely don’t have any patient care in mind . So disappointed with this pharmacy, I will be changing pharmacies due to lack of care The pharmacists: (Craig)"

"I have called in for refills or had scripts filled 3 times in A week and each time a day later they didn’t even have my scripts ready. Tonight I had scripts called in from doctor, can’t even get anyone to answer in pharmacy after calling 3 different times today!!! I’m sooo done!! Looking to find a new pharmacy."

"I am so impressed and grateful to the pharmacy here; I have had some real issues with one of my medications finding a manufacturer. The person I spoke with was patient as he listened to my experience and explained what I needed, he directed me in helping him to gain the necessary information to determine where to go. He solved my issue, was able to get my medication with a manufacturer that there was no issue with. Thank you to the all caring pharmacy staff and to the person who helped me today."

"The pharmacy needs to get their act together. They never have someone who knows what they are doing. Every time I go in there depending on who is working changes how they want the name given to them, sometimes it's the first name other times it's last name. Then when they don't specify I give them both they get snotty. Their text notifications system is a freaking joke to. I have been told before that my script would be 30 minutes, I waited just to find out the person made a mistake and that they checked every variation of my name, just to leave and get notifed that it was ready. I called the day after that and had the same person answer and ask if I didn't remember the conversation from the day before, after telling them that I received the notification that it was ready, she conveniently found it. On 1/10/22 A worker got snotty and pulled down her mask to give me a dirty look, then proceeded to let me wait for the pharmacist to find it. If you go to this Rite Aid expect a terrible experience."
