"We called to confirm they could fill a prescription and told them we would be there before they closed at five. Arriving at 4:00 we were told the staff that could fill the prescription had gone early and we could not have much needed medical equipment. This resulted in us driving far out of our way to find what was needed. I do not plan to use Lockport Home Medical in the future."

"After 4 of almost 5 months in physical rehab, I knew I'd be in need of a fully electric hospital bed when I returned home. Spoke to Debbie over the phone and she was able to hook me up with short notice. They delivered the bed same day I returned home. Emerick the delivery guy was very nice. He even put my skis on the bottom of my walker for me. The whole experience was nothing less than 10 stars. Definitely recommend."
