"*changed my name for privacy* I had a horrible experience at Healing Hearts. My first counselor there was Anne, and I had come to her after just learning about my cousin abusing me as a child and she did nothing to help me process through that trauma, but rather went along with my father's vendetta to say that it never happened. She never worked on any of my trauma with me and always took my father's side in everything and continuously bashed my mother. Then she left and I transferred to Nicole Wolascz. She did the same in never helping me through my trauma and taking my father's side in everything. Her sessions were nothing short of gossip sessions. During my time with her,, I had to do a short DBT program at Best Slef and during this time I couldn't see Nicole, but one of their therapists. It was promised to me that once I finished the program I could go back to Nicole and resume treatment. But that never happened. Then in January of 2020, my Borderline started progressing and I desperately needed to go back into therapy. I reached out to Nicole several times through email and phone calls, with zero response. I was in desperate need of therapy and she refused to answer. That is medical neglect in its finest. My heart goes out to anyone currently under her care as I hope that she treats you far better than she did me."
