"Went to our first doctor’s appointment with our 4 and a half day old baby. Such a beautiful entrance that led to a calm, quiet and good energy/ atmosphere office. The nurse and doctor were absolutely great with our son. Made him feel safe and comfortable. 100% recommend this office to any newborn parents."

"First and foremost I will say ALL the doctors here are wonderful, there is absolutely no disputing that. HOWEVER, a month an a half ago my daughter was very sick with a fever for 3 consecutive days (104.9 on the third day) which is when I called and they couldn’t accommodate me and punted me to an urgent care. Today, I call because again, because my daughter is sick. Turned down and punted again to urgent care. Now, I understand they’re overwhelmed with cases, as it’s a very sick season especially with RSV and flu. BUT, when I see the doctor for her regular wellness visits for vaccines and at the end of the appointment, the doctor says “we’re always here for you for whenever and whatever you need; call us in the meantime if there’s anything you need”.; and then get turned down TWICE! There is something wrong. Do the doctors even know they’re turning people with SICK CHILDREN AWAY?! I am in the medical field too (veterinary), and we are also very overwhelmed; but if one of our receptionists turned down a client with a sick animal, the doctors would have their heads for not accommodating them. I am VERY VERY disappointed and am even debating on changing pediatricians; but what’s to say other pediatric offices won’t do the same thing? Very disappointing."

"My daughter is 5 months and so far WIP have been amazing. I have seen two doctors; Bonefede and McNally. Both have been great with my daughter. However the nurse that meets you in the room before the doctor, is always very cold and rude. She was VERY judgmental when I mentioned wanting to spread our vaccines apart (which I am glad I did, and wasn’t pressured by her attitude and response). She tries to make me feel stupid when I ask questions, which to her are probably silly questions with easy answers. But to me, I’m asking as a first time mom. Not once have I had a good experience with her. It is hard to make monthly appointments, my husband has to take her next because they didn’t have anything after 4pm or weekends, a month away. But again, both doctors that I have seen have been wonderful! And the front desk staff has always been welcoming and easy to talk to."

"I have been using this doctors office for 7 years now and I hate to say it gets worse as the years go on. Their time management/ patient management is awful to say the least. Each apt. I make the wait time gets longer and longer. They call you into a room, you see the nurse and then will wait over an hour for a doctor. Not an easy task with a 1.5 year old. 7 years ago this establishment was wonderful- unfortunately I can no longer say the same"
