"Whoever "Jean" is at this office or hub is a miserable, uncommunicative, rude human being. I was disconnected after being on the phone for 40 minutes. They did not respond after I answered THEIR question and when I said hello, to ensure they were still on the line the response was laughter. If someone is attempting to schedule a STAT appointment from another office, just a reminder for you "Jean"....kindness goes a long way."
