"I have never seen a doctor more dedicate to his patients. When my child was an infant, he struggled with finding a formula and Dr Rao met us on a Sunday at the office to provide a sample of very expensive formula. Everytime I have a sick call, the immediate response is "bring him in" . We have seen him out and he always speaks and remembers my sons name. He answers his own after hours calls. He trusts "mom gut" and never makes me feel like I am overreacting, he says "you know him best". His office is very low tech but you will not find another doctor that cares more!"

"Spoke with “office manager” Barbara who was COMPLETELY rude from the start. Begins to ask information for new patients and once she heard the names cut me off to then tell me they aren’t accepting any new patients. & then proceeded to say idk why Dr. Rao would even tell you we’re accepting new patients, then hung up on me. The most unprofessional “manager” I’ve ever dealt with."

"Chose doctor rao. After many referrals. Couldn’t be any happier. Super with my daughter. Been with her since and infant and now she’s 4. Always responds after hours and gives advice, calls in scripts. Best pediatrician in our area hands down compared to other doctors I have heard about or that friends and families have used. Can’t say enough good things about him. Truly his calling. Thank you dr. Rao for caring for our daughter. You’re a great man."
