"Fills prescription but expect delays. On almost every visit there is some form of delay that I haven’t had with other CVS. To their credit they have a lot to process but are both overburdened by volume and systemically slow. On more than one occasion prepared scripts are lost to the chaos of the backed up pick up section."

"The Manager at the front of the store is a good guy. The issue I have is with the staff in the pharmacy section. The cashiers don't care to ring up the customers. Every time I come in here there is a line of no less than 30 minutes. Then when it's finally your turn, there is always a reason for your order to be incomplete. They're never apologetic. Instead they actually have an attitude if you complain."
