"I brought my loyal St. Bernard there for major surgery and a simple neutering. I was told he was okay to Bear home at 2:30pm. He was healthy and all his blood work was perfect. Two days later he was hurting and not eating we brought him to the Vet. ER in Cheektowaga and they said his stomach was hurting because of the medicine EAVH gave him. Thursday went by without a problem but by 4:00pm Friday Bear went to the kitchen and hit the floor and started whining and his stomach was red and irritated. We couldn’t move him because he was in so much pain so we called Fetch A Vet because they were open till 8:00pm. We called them repeatedly and left messages and we begged them for at least an oral sedative or something to ease his suffering. Nobody helped him… He took his last BREATH at 11:52pm on 01/26/2024. HE NEEDED SOMEBODIES HELP AND RECEIVED NONE. For SEVEN YEARS AND 7 days Bear was healthy. From January 11-26 were so miserable for our poor fur baby. WHY DIDN’T YOU KEEP HIM AFTER SURGERY for a couple of days to monitor him? I can’t trust this Vet clinic with another fur baby… Don’t ever send your fur baby to Green Acres ER either. Bear’s stomach was not even twisted. He was the Best…"
