"My mother was referred to Dr Lau recently. My parents had confidence & trusted in her. Her staff was kind but the Dr. proved herself to be not. We, the adult children communicated with her through email which can & did create misunderstandings which cost my most valuable time. The day before my mothers died, the Dr. came to the hospital my mother was in to “see patients”, only she NEVER came up to see my mother! My mother was her patient for less than a month, but she was still her patient. I do not blame the Dr. for my mothers death but my mother did not have to go through the things she suffered through because the Dr didn’t communicate unless it was through her assistant who was non-medical, or via email. My siblings & I very firmly & fiercely would NEVER RECOMMEND DR. SALLY LAU to even our greatest enemy!!!!!"
