"I called as a new patient and expressed to them I needed to be seen urgently. They told me they would review my lab work and get back to me. I was like ok so I can't make an appointment? They said no they would call me back after reviewing my labs. I have never in my life heard of anything like this. Not to mention apparently Dr. Schneider is too busy with his current patients so they try to have you see some other doctor in the practice. 3 days have gone by and I have not heard anything back from them. Good thing I needed to be seen urgently. Save yourself the phone call go somewhere that actually cares about their patients."
