"I called the office to have a lab slip faxed to the lab when I called they were rude inconsiderate of my time it took them over 20 minutes to fax what I needed I had to call multiple times and actually got hung up on one of the times I called they told me that I’m going to have to wait it takes time to go through even though it’s been 20 min Also when they answer the phone all they say is doctors office like what doctor am I calling very unprofessional and definitely not happy with the service"
