"Loved it as a child when they had the pool and it's still a very nice place just to sit let the kids play and run around although I think it could have a few children toys swings or just a little something for the children to do I loved the pool most of all as a child now I love most the activities they do occasionally there live music, cookouts and ect."
"Nice in the summer at night its relaxing. They should add picnic tables and a few grills. They have movie under the stars there in the summer for kids, n big kids,lol, They just need to add more seating, n a few grills would be so nice. Really wouldn't cost much for Kingston to fix it up with these things. A gazibo some more stuff. A little play ground too. Its big enough. I love it though. Its nice there."
"It is a historic site and a park where you can visit at Academy Green Park .Every year they have a place for kids it is called the kids day parade. You see fireworks and all types of fin things to do at the historic site. So if you're not busy that's a place you could visit and just walk down community fun."
"This park is a central meet-up spot in Kingston and always a nice place to stop on long walks or rides between uptown and midtown. Only docking one star for the non-operational fountain."
