"We attended the Polar Express this weekend with friends and recommend this for a fun Christmas outing with the family. The train crew did a great job with entertaining and engagement. It was a cute setting for family pictures and memories with your family. Every year we do a movie themed Christmas card and this was the first year we had a “Polar Express” near us to complete this movie. I hope your family enjoys this cute event with live performances, hot cocoa, cookies, tickets, and Santa!"

"I went to the Polar Express train ride this Friday with my 9 year old son and he had such an amazing time. If you have seen the movie, they really do a great job replicating it for the youth. With dancers with hot chocolate and cookies for the passengers, reading of the story, visiting the North Pole and more. It is roughly 1.5 hours long and it goes by so quick. My son spent the next day singing all the songs from the movie that was played on the ride. Awesome experience. The staff is great and great with kids and make it special. It is also a great touch that you all can go on pajamas!"

"Must try fall foliage trip during Columbus Day weekend and free shuttle for Italian festival in the city. You can buy online or walk-in but better online on their website. Recommended trip. Easy free parking in the lot."

"Fun couple of hours with the kiddos on the Catskill Mountain Railroad. The entire trip was about 1.5 hours including loading and unloading. I would purchase your ticket online, but make sure to check in at the main building before getting in line. Make sure to dress warm, the main seating area is uncovered, and you could get cold or rained on. Staff was friendly, and stopped to speak with the kiddos on the railroad profession."

"Fun hour-long trip through beautiful countryside. With a choice of fully- enclosed passenger cars or open bench seating, there's something for every preference and weather condition. Buy your tickets ahead of time online during busy season, but it's not usually necessary for things like the fall foliage runs."
