"They do not care about patients. They want to do bare minimum. I asked for in-person got bullied into virtual then told I need to phone. Like they constantly change everything. They refuse to do anything to make you the patient feel comfortable or safe which is kinda terrible in my opinion. I would completely stay away and the counselor who was terrible emily she sounds like she doesn't care about any one or how they feel stay away"
