"This place took a bit over three months to return my ring. I had to be the one calling in to check on the ring. When we finally actually went to pick it up the sales person was rude enough that he flung the remaining gold piece to me. I wanted to purchase the matching earrings but then no one serviced us after. We were ignored. We did not go in rudely or even make bad remarks. I was just happy to finally get my ring. We were dressed rather commonly. Who knows if they are just rude typically or what. We will never know because we will not be back."

My fiancé and I went in and spoke to her just to get a feel of what we wanted, she gave us her undivided attention and understood that we wanted time to think! 2 weeks later we came back and asked for Mrs Sarah again and she helped us pick out the most beautiful wedding bands!!
