"She's irresponsible, unreliable, uncommunicative when trying to determine insurance coverage. She very clearly sabotaged my appointment. I needed specific information (NPI number) to determine insurance coverage. I called one full week before my appointment and left a message for her to give me a call and explained what I needed. She never called me back until the day of the appointment, today. Then when I was frustrated with her unprofessionalism, she says, "You seem frustrated maybe we are not a fit. Do you want to cancel your appointment?" Talk about gas lighting!! She refused to take responsibility for her part and not calling me back in a timely fashion so I could properly check insurance coverage. I suggested that she might want to cancel. Because she was sabotaging her own business. I ended up having to cancel an appointment I made weeks ago. Due to her inability to give me the information the insurance woman needed to determine insurance coverage a week prior. My insurance got me info on two other counselors. Thank God I dodged that bullet with this counselor. She literally has some issues she needs to work through."
