"This SAP counselor was terrible, she never followed thru with what she said she was gonna do, until a week after the fact. Then I had to call her repeatedly, where she never picked up the phone or returned calls. And when I urged her to follow thru with what she said, she became unpleasant with me in front of her other client. She told me what I could expect in the following months , that turned out to be a lie as well."
