"I came to Penfield OBGYN after a horrible experience at the UR OBGYN. I was expecting similar treatment for some reason, but I have been pleasantly surprised over the past two years as a patient at Penfield OBGYN. Appointments have always been a breeze to get and every provider I have seen have been kind, patient, and thorough. The front desk staff at both Farmington and Penfield locations are always helpful and respectful. I actually look forward to OB appointments now, no fear at all like I used to feel!"

"I’m leaving this practice after having a terrible experience during pregnancy and postpartum. They make you see every doctor during pregnancy, but none of them communicate with each other about your plan of care. During one of my office visits at 35 weeks pregnant I sat in the room for over an hour. When I peaked my head out to ask if anyone was coming I was told “ohh the doctor must have forgot.” Then when I was in labor I didn’t even see a doctor from the practice, I had a doctor from Greece OBGYN deliver my son. I was diagnosed with severe postpartum depression and prescribed antidepressants and they said they would follow up. I am now 10 months postpartum and I haven’t heard from them since I was 6 weeks postpartum."

"I’ve been a patient of Dr. Qureshi for many years (followed him from a different practice) and the care he provides is top notch. His surgical skills, kindness, patience explaining everything and answering all of my questions are so very appreciated. I can’t thank him enough. I’ve always had a great experience with everyone at this practice from the desk to the lovely surgical scheduler to the nurses. But most of all I trust Dr. Qureshi and feel so lucky to have had him as a surgeon as well as my current obgyn. Thank you!"

"The doctors are the worst, judgemental, no communication between doctors, one doctor will say something is wrong and make it sound like you are dying then the next acts like you are crazy for being scared, and says nothing is wrong. Nurses that don’t know how to read pregnancy labs, and say things are wrong when things are okay, office relies heavy on scare tactics and made me have many breakdowns. The only good thing about this office is the receptionist is kind. I had to rush to find a doctor late 3rd trimester because I didn’t feel comfortable with them delivering my baby. They ruined my entire experience this pregnancy and made me so scared that I couldn’t celebrate my baby and so depressed. Realized just how awful it was once I got better care"

"I have gone to this office for 20+ years. I have never loved it but it was fine. My last annual appointment was the final straw. I sat in the waiting room with commercials for plastic surgery playing. I was called by a nurse to a room. I then sat in the room for over an hour. I finally called the front desk and was told there were still people ahead of me. I get dressed and left. No one ever called to follow up. A 20 year patient walked out and they did not even care. I am now going to a new office."
