"My mother and I have been to this office since around 2019. This office and the staff is very disgusting. We've gone through lost records that weren't even mentioned until we asked about them in person, which makes us question about other exams that were done, but results were never shared. I'm being told spotting for a month is normal due to "stress". My mother is being told its normal to be bleeding although she had a full hysterectomy. We've watched them perform pap-smears and put the same instruments back into drawers. We've seen blood on the same beds they have their patients sit on for pap-smears. This office seems very money hungry as they sent me a bill for labs and I never even received results. I haven't seen the actual doctor in years and even when I see the NP/PA, it always feels rushed. I've never done urine testing at this location, and this is gyno who should be testing for pregnancy."

"Just saw Dr. Sarah Schwartz and she was amazing. My appointment was originally with a PA but my period came unexpectedly. I called to reschedule and was told if I were to proceed with a PA, the wait would be a month as only Dr. Schwartz could see me while on my period. I asked if there was anyway they could see me sooner and was advised they would speak with the doctor. Less than 24 hours later I received a call that Dr. Schwartz would see me THE NEXT DAY. Not only was Dr. Schwartz pleasant, but she was personable and made an effort to get to know her patient. She even apologized for the wait which was only about 10-15 minutes. I would definitely recommend her as I’ve never had an OBGYN that was this accommodating."

"Dr. Sarah Shwartz is truly the best. She delivered my son and did a better job than we believe anybody else could have accomplished. We had 3 doctors try and deliver our son at south shore hospital and they all were incompetent. Dr. Shwartz came in and delivered our son in 2 hours. We spent the first 18 hours in labor with mysteriously unqualified “doctors” and my wife went through unnecessary pain and stress. We are so thankful for Dr. Shwartz and we will be transferring to her office for all of my wife’s OBGYN needs! *****5 Stars***** Highly recommended!!!!! Chris & Becca"

"I saw them on 7/15 for my annual. Saw a PA/nurse practitioner named Lisa. No pregnancy test, no thorough check up. I find out I’m pregnant a few days later. I call them and they send me for bloodwork I had to call a few times for my results, I was told they are very busy. I go in for a confirmation sonogram on the 7/24. They said the doctor would look it over and call me back. Almost a month later and still haven’t heard from the office. The other reviews are accurate the front desk receptionist always have an attitude and can’t be bothered. I found a new doctor and am already having my second OB check up visit. I heard great things about Dr. Schwartz never saw her in 5yrs I was a patient there(apparently she only sees pregnant patients which I can understand) but I will not be returning."

"Front receptionist are weird!! They always have an attitude & clearly hate their job. Called me during work with a disgusting attitude because I was unavailable to talk. Called back to speak w her (Annamarie or whatever the big girl’s name is) just played games. Very unprofessional go else where! Also one doctor just tries to diagnose you with whatever they believe it is just to get rid of you. Definitely go else where"
