"Pros: easy to make appointments, short wait times, friendly receptionists and convenient location Cons: hard to be seen by an actual doctor, they always try to set patients up with Nurse practitioner Trish Mcsomething. She is the worst.-dismissive, forgetful, incompetent with very poor bedside manners. She let me suffer in pain and jerked me around for a full year despite me telling her that I may have endometriosis and asking to be seen by a doctor. She didn’t have any patience to listen to my symptoms and just rushes to get me out of the office. All this while my top of the line insurance is being billed as a doctors visit each and every time. Yet I haven't met a single doctor from this practice . I left their practice after being in severe pain for 12 month with 0 progress , and my new Obgyn confirmed that I have endometriosis on my first visit and that it’s spread everywhere!"
"Front desk woman was terribly rude and unhelpful. Also for some reason not willing to accommodate? Ive been going to this office since i was little and have had problem after problem. If you are in a vulnerable position, i dont recommend. The doctors are very nice."
"The office staff needs work - specifically Vanessa. She was extremely rude and uninformative. Thankfully Trish the PA - was able to help me. After a week of going back and forth to get a simple task done. The doctors are great but office staff needs work!"
"As a first time mom I didn't know where to go and what doctor to choose. I came across this clinic and I thought I would give it a try. All doctors are very good. The one who delivered my baby is DR.SHERIDAN. She did an amazing job. She is a real hero. Thank you for making the birth of my baby an amazing experience."
