"Been going here for 20 years (since I was 16). Had my first child with this office and loved each of the doctors that I worked with. Everyone is so sweet, understanding, and thorough in their work. I'm now pregnant with my second child and have continued having a good experience with this team. I'm not certain why the 1 star reviews-- the office workers do their best and have always made me felt supported in my experiences here. Same with the nurses. I would highly recommend."

"I came from Suffolk Obstetrics/gynecology at 7 months pregnant after being treated so terribly. This practice is WONDERFUL. The Doctors are gentle and kind. The appointments are timely and most of the staff are professional and caring. There will always be one I the bunch that shouldn't be working with people... but it's definitely a Doctor. As far as religious beliefs? I chose to be part of this practice and have never been influenced one way or the other. I feel lucky to be cared for by this practice and have not once regretted changing so far along in my pregnancy. I wish I would have started here in the first place."

"This office has the most unprofessional service. I called to make an appointment and the woman on the phone was so rude that she brought me to tears. She was impatient and was not willing to help me at all. She yelled at me when I asked her for a different appointment time and when I told her I would no longer be making an appointment with her office and she proceeded to rudely say "whatever BYEE" like a girl in high school who could not be bothered. I expect a gynecologist's office or really any office to speak to me with respect and kindness not like they don't want to be bothered, rude and mean. I will never make another appointment here again and if you want a pleasant experience with your gynecologist I recommend not going here either."

"The doctors are nice enough. But they aren't the ones who make the office run. (and although they are nice, they were part of some of the issues) The whole place is awful and disorganized! The list goes on as to why i will never go back (I've seen them a total of 3 times). But the main reasons are: They sent me to a specialist to get the exact same testing that they gave me 3 days earlier. So not only did i have two ultrasounds back to back but i also paid double the cost for absolutely no reason (which turned out to be quadruple the cost due to over billing). The specialist even asked me why i was there... On top of sending me for the exact same testing, they did blood work on me and couldn't figure out why they tested me for certain things. Even asking me "do you know why we ordered these tests?" They over billed me for two of my visits (and I am sure would have continued to over bill me if i decided to stay with them.) And when i called to find out how to handle the situation they said that i have to call somewhere else because it says "moved money" and they have no clue what that means. And to top it off: they have the most frustrating customer service, you have to hound them to get anything done. It took them ever two weeks to make the appointment with the specialist in the first place (why they didn't let me to do it, i couldn't tell you). And forget about getting a call back for anything in a timely manner. Oh and they sent me a statement telling them i owe money but when i called they said i don't. This place is a joke, go somewhere else, especially if you are pregnant. It's stressful enough without the extra b.s. from your ob's office!"
