"10/10 the only place to get an IUD placed, they actually give you a numbing shot because they care about women's pain unlike every other place I've ever got an IUD put in. The staff has been so nice and absolutely the best people I've ever seen for an OBGYN appointment. I refuse to go to any place but this one from now on!"

"I’ve never seen staff who are supposed to be there to support patients especially who have fertility issues fail so hard. To be in the medical profession people need to have empathy without this, they’re nothing. My daughter went in for help for what she assumed is BV. To add to this she has a pcos, one closed fallopian tube and a history of ectopic pregnancy. With that being said she is very quick to panic with even the slightest changes in her reproductive health. So when she came in for her apt and was met with staff who couldn’t put in any effort to help her get into she needed, well she didn’t take it well. I won’t deny she came off upset when they kept debating how hard it would be to call insurance for her for info on out of pocket payment. It began to escalate to her anxiety going through the roof as any delay in care can be detrimental to her ever achieving her goal of having a family. Because a patient is in clear distress and may have come off anxious is no excuse to not do your job. They denied her care and Amy the doctor, said it was due to her attitude towards her secretaries. What a joke, I didn’t know your secretaries feelings mattered more than a patient who may have permanent damage if not seen in a timely manner. The remarks made to her were cruel as she left they said “looks like you can go to urgent care now” etc. She also has bipolar and was recently hospitalized after her meds ran out too early. So put in all factors and what she needed was a calming support systems. Not a collective of women telling her she’s being too much to be seen and therefore denied medical treatment. Word for the Amy the PA, a diffusing technique can comes in handy but you should have learned that in Med school."

"I absolutely love Medical Arts Ob-Gyn. I have been a patient with them for over 30 years and have never had a bad experience. I've had Dr. Godecki in the past, and now have Dr. Beattie. And my Daughter has had Dr. Tichenor for years also. All Fantastic & Very Caring Doctors! Hopefully Med Arts will recruit some new Doctors to replace those that have retired. Their Staff has been outstanding also!"

"I love medical arts! I can’t believe they have even one bad review. Both the girls at the front desk Bailey and Ester are nice and super helpful. The girl Dani who checks people in is also very nice. There is another girl as well who checks you in who is equally fantastic. The girl who does the ultrasound is super funny and kind and always makes small talk to make the experience more comfortable. Both the doctors I’ve worked with there Dr.Tichenor and Amy Roberson are absolutely amazing. Amy has been the doctor I’ve seen the most and I absolutely love her any question I ever have I ask through the portal and she gets back to me very quickly and goes out of her way to help me. They schedule apts as quickly as possible for you and work with any needs you may have. Thank you to all the staff at medical arts."
