"I’ve got a water damaged on Christmas Day and still no going anywhere future. They asked me to send wood samples for my floor and my contractor sent it to them. But they keep saying they didn’t receive. I just stuck with damaged kitchen and floor for more than 2 month. Kitchen is kind a smelly.. it’s really awful. They don’t work for customers but themselves… I’m so disappointed."
