"Why hasn't anything been done regarding these reviews? It seems there are customer service issues that are deplorable. This is a management issue. Why this hasn't been addressed is beyond comprehension. Contracts may need to be terminated. Maybe the loss of revenue may awaken them. Sad."

"Rude and lazy staff. I do not consent to using the self check in kiosk due to quest previously losing all my blood work and the women refused to check me in without using the kiosk. Lazy women. Make it make sense. If you use the kiosk it gets sent to the computer behind the desk. What is the difference other than Lazy rude entitled employees. Do your jobs. With all the data breaches going on why would any one use a kiosk?"

"Denise is beyond nasty. I went in as a walk in after my daughters GI appt and was the only one waiting. She came out and told me she couldn’t take me because she had 2 other appts that day. It was 1pm, hours before closing and how long could 2 patients take? 30 minutes tops? Told her, I already have her out of school and we’re anxious to find out what’s wrong. I would have no problem waiting however long it took. She rolled her eyes and stomped away. Came back and magically took us while berating me the entire time because my 9 year old was scared of needles. Kept telling me how she has 14 grandchildren so she knows children better than me. I begged her for a little kindness. People are coming in vulnerable and anxious about needles and the sicknesses they’re being tested for. Three days later (October 26), her father went back in to drop her stool sample and called me from the waiting room and said “You’re not going to believe how rude this woman is!” He ended up having to put on gloves and handle and tag the specimen himself. Her Dad put me on speaker and I reminded her that I had asked her for kindness to which she replied “I don’t even know who you are”. I’m horrified to think how many people she’s awful to that she can’t remember who she was rude to from a Monday to a Thursday."

"The African American woman with short skin taped hair was super rude. Completely miserable. She was upset my name in the system was wrong because I recently got married. Rolled her eyes at me and told me I should have made an appointment instead of walking in. I had emergency blood work to get done and unfortunately I could not wait another day for an appointment. If you hate what you do find another job!"

"Horrible horrible horrible… they only have one employee on for the whole time I had a 8 am appt that the bloods had to be done at 8am I booked the appt a week and a half early. I got there at 7:30 and the African American lady with short hair kinda glued to her head that looked like a big eraser. Put everyone infront of me until it was 8:45 she knew she had to do mine by 8 am and she chose to take everyone else and if I didn’t get up and say something she would have let me sit there till 12 pm… customer service was horrible spoke to Roe the supervisor they said they can fit me in another appt tomorrow I said ok then she went and booked it and came back and said she’s got nothing till next week out in commack which is 1:30 hours away from where I live…. I don’t think they have three brain cells combined between the three people I dealt with…. Couldn’t pay me to go back to a quest and I hope this is scene by all"
