"Had a great office experience during my appointment, but I had a question a few days later. I called several times and each time it says "your approximate wait time is 5 minutes". They never picked up the phone and one time had to wait AN HOUR AND FORTY MINUTES before I had to hang up. I'm now truly concerned about my procedure which is scheduled for a few weeks from now. This is extremely frustrating. UPDATE: I tried calling again, I'm currently on hold for 2 HOURS and 17 minutes!!!!"

"I had an endoscopy not too long ago here and had a great experience. Dr. Pearlman was the MD that performed it and he was great. I’m not a huge fan of being under anesthesia or getting IVs (I guess who really is?) and the staff was amazing. I had Michelle and Lauren as my RNs and Dr. Kramas as my anesthesiologist. Highly recommend this medical group!"

"Honestly I loved this place until I had to renew my prescription. I have been trying for four weeks now to refill an RX. I did it online through "MyChart", no luck. Called in every day for two weeks, dr was on vacation. Waited a week, called back and now I am constantly calling every day but have yet to receive my RX. It's lovely when the office staff tells me to "deal with it" or tells me to buy otc medicine to help for now. So shocked that this is my experience after having such a wonderful experience in office & with the dr."

"Good doctor ruined by terrible staff. Cannot get prescriptions refilled on time. Am told I have not been there in over a year, when I was there three months ago. It is no better than the disaster it was when they had a person that just handled prescriptions, and she never answered the phone or filled prescriptions. Often get wrong answers to questions on the phone. One time I got an employee with limited English skills. Dr Perlman is a fine doctor, good beside manner, but these prescription refill issues have been going on for years. I can think of no other doctors office where I’ve ever had this issue. Now going on a cruise, and running out of medication. I was told the Rx would be signed by the doctor and sent in three days ago. It has not arrived at the pharmacy yet. My union drug rep says to find another doctor, but I really do like Dr Perlman, and the endoscopy suite runs well and has good staff. But honestly, who needs to added stress of Rx refill problems in this day and age when every other doctors office handles this issue routinely?"

"I have severe anxiety with any kind of doctor but that melted away here. Everyone at the front desk was helpful and kind, there was no wait time. Amy the nurse was sweet and kind. Dr. Beckerman was amazing, great bedside manner. He accomodated me and made me feel validated. I would highly recommend this office to everyone!"
