"I have 27 years experience working in both Healthcare and mental health. And honest to God, this place is the first agency that not.only cares about their staff,but prioritizes it..includes the importance of self care in their trainings, and most of management is ACTUALLY warm and friendly. The first time I met my boss, she said "we are grateful to have you "...I thought...'am I being punked right now??' LOL I was so surprised...and it wasn't fake..that attitude is STILL present after being there for awhile. And they absolutely love and adore the children that receive services from them...all in all...amazing place....."
