"On May 3rd I had an appointment scheduled for 6:30. I arrived 10 minutes late and needed a simple manicure and removing powder gel. The staff was very rude and refused me service. When I explained to them that I simply needed the to remove the powder gel and would be happy with an expedite service, they responded that I’ll be charged for the full price of a manicure; the staff became rude and refused me service; refused to give me a price that would simply remove my powder gel. My hope is that anyone reading this, please don’t expect quality service, friendly staff or any reasonableness with the customers and they are just money hungry."

"Not good. SNS did not even last a week and they were very rude about the tip. I only had $9 in cash on me. I told them I would give them more next time I came in. She took my credit card out of my bag and said you do now how much. I guess they knew I would not be back since the SNS manicure that is supposed to last 2 weeks lasted only 5 days."
