I have had acne for 13 years, and I always thought it was my fault for not being consistent with my dermatologist’s prescriptions. But, 13 years of taking medication and nothing! You name it: Spirolactone, birth control pills, monocycline, etc. Since I went back to T, I stopped all medication (I was worried), and I don’t wear makeup. But, my red acne scars have faded tremendously, my face is hydrated, and my breakouts are nothing to what I would get; I get occasional whiteheads or little breakouts because of stress - but nothing ice can’t reduce.
