"Bought a Groupon and made an appointment, my appointment fell on the weekend of the snow storm and my appointment was canceled. No one reached out to reschedule my appointment so I call the next day to reschedule. In the middle of me rescheduling the girl hangs up the call, I thought it was a mistake so I called back not once , not twice, not three times; I called back five times through out the day but no one picked up. I left a voice mail and never heard from anyone. I just canceled my Groupon, it's obvious they didn't care about my business."
