After I asked 3 times to paint where she had clearly missed spots, I stopped bc I knew I wouldn’t be back. Bulky and messy. Pink nails I got done somewhere else, you can clearly see the difference"

"I have been coming to rainbow nails or now u&me nails for a long time. But let me tell you my experience as I list them down below: Place: The new owners have revived this place. They have recreated and added a lot of new renovations that made the place more modern. The air inside the shop is not stuffy compared to other shops where you smell the acrylic. Service: The team of nail technicians that works here are very professional and knows communicate with their customers well. They provide amazing customer service and have great owners Mia/David where they also work and do your nails. Creative: they have amazing designs and you can even give them samples and they can do it for you. Price: affordable and not pricey. Overall, customer satisfaction is 100% even my youngest daughter can’t stop bragging about her nails every time."

"By far the worst nail salon to exist. I walked in asked for a gel pedicure and they offered to give a manicure. The woman who worked on my hands insisted I did powder acrylics and I finally agreed to it. I asked for a light pink color she gave me a dark pink. I’ve never went to any nail salon and got acrylics done WHILE getting a pedicure at the same time… The woman who did my acrylics completely rushed her work and didn’t care how I felt about it. I paid a total of 80$ plus tip for both hands and feet. After leaving the salon I sat in the car which was completely dark only to realize my hands were glow in the dark which is NOT what I asked for. I went back into the salon and she agreed to fix it. Her and her coworker decided to take metro cards to take my nails off instead of doing it the correct way which is soaking it off to avoid nail damage. At this point I was already frustrated with them not listening to anything I was saying nor did they care. Long story short, I asked for my money back, which seemed to upset her and she clipped off all of my acrylics having me leave the nail salon like this and not to mention she the told me to never come back to her salon because SHES WRONG AND DOESNT KNOW WHAT SHES DOING. Don’t go to this salon they are sloppy and rude and they don’t care about what you want it’s whatever they feel like doing."

"I came in for a gel pedicure. I was greeted in well manner. It wasn’t busy when I walked in. I was seated right away. It was my first time, my friend referred me to this guy. I was told the guy only did nails. He told me to go to another guy, I forgot his name. He did have a cap on his head that said Anthony. Very rude, very aggressive. He was grabbing my toes with so much force. I felt uncomfortable. I did tell him. He said he doesn’t feel like he’s being aggressive. How can you tell someone how they feel. I would never go back. I can’t forget he cut my skin off and it started bleeding. That’s how aggressive he was. Never again."

"Came here for the first time with my fiance and we both got pedicures and I also got a full set and we are very satisfied and would recommend this nail salon. The staff was attentive on entry and there wasn't much wait time. Job well done and we will visit again."
