"I love Forestream! My children have been going here for years, my daughter, since she was two years old, and my son has been going here ever since he was born. I have never had an issue with this office. Everyone is always kind and knowledgeable. The doctors and nurses are great! They have always gotten my children in same day for sick visits, and I have always found them to be phenomenal with everything they do. I’d definitely recommend this pediatrician to anyone."

"We were relatively new to this practice. All of my daughters went in for their routine exams and a few sick visits. Somewhere along the way I spoke with a receptionist that was highly unpleasant for seemingly no reason. I let it go because in person, they were always courteous and pleasant. My only complaints were that one of my kids profile’s had someone else’s address (ours had never been the one they gave me), and somehow I had a fourth child, a son, on my account. I only have three, all girls. I was concerned by this because they are rather relentless in their paperwork policies, and will cancel appointments days in advance if you’re missing one signature on a form (I’ve had to make extra trips to complete them before appointments). So if they’re that concerned about parents being on top of paperwork, how are they so careless on their end in adding extra children, and somehow having the wrong address for only one of my three? I recently had an appointment for two of my kids yearly exams, and I called to cancel same day because something came up. I was informed that one of my kids was “released” with no prior notice. When I asked why, they said it was due to an unpaid balance. I was unaware I had one and stated as such. I was very rudely told that they called me and sent a certified letter through the mail. Just the week prior I had missed a certified letter, so this sounded like it could be true - I hadn’t yet picked it up. I also had ZERO voicemails (I save them, I’m busy and need them for reference and reminders) except those for paperwork requests and appointment reminders. I asked if I could please speak to someone about this, I’d be happy to pay the balance and if I had missed any mail that was on me, but I most certainly had never received a call or any emails as they stated I supposedly had. I had also been in several times with my other kids since the appointment that I supposedly owed a balance for. They very hastily informed me that this child would not be reinstated. Although somehow they had no issue seeing my other two? I pay the bills for all three - this didn’t make any sense to me. I’d strongly recommend any of the doctors and nurses here - they’re all wonderful and compassionate. However solely for the office practices I’d stay far away"

"After a whole month of waiting, my child was denied care because we cannot produce previous records as she was born oversees in a place where healthcare records do not exist and healthcare itself barely exists. They kept repeating "office policy" "office policy"; all it takes is just a little of common sense to either accommodate the situation or tell me earlier when the appointment was booked, so that the child gets the proper care that she deserves some other place."
