"I scheduled a yearly physical but the doctor's office billed me for a new patient and sick visit which ended up costing me hundreds of dollars in out of pocket costs. The doctor's office did not communicate or confirm the nature of the appointment and the billing department did nothing to help. I’ll be establishing care elsewhere and would not recommend them to anyone ever."

"All these negative reviews got me nervous, but I had a fantastic experience here. All the staff were friendly and attentive, I waited less than 5 minutes to be seen (even though I arrived earlier than my appointment time) and both doctors who saw me spent lots of time and showed caring interest in my overall health and the specific condition I raised with them. I found the place a big breath of fresh air and wonderful care. I'm thrilled to be going here for my primary care."

"The absolute worst healthcare experience I have had. I had an appointment canceled and rescheduled for a few months later than the original appointment. This was fine and understandable, things happen. It gets close to the time of the rescheduled appointment and I get a call that this has now be rescheduled again for 3 more months out. I'm not a bit frustrated but I wait for the new appointment that was now set for July. About 2 weeks before the appointment date I get a letter in the mail stating this appointment has been canceled and rescheduled now for the third time. The date they made the new appointment for is Thursday November 23rd 2023 (thanksgiving). Obviously this will not happen. I now have called this office and requested a new provider only for them to tell me that was up to a managing doctor, when I asked to speak with her I was denied. They told me she denied my request to see a different provider at this office. I left a message with her as well and never received a call back. As the patient it is up to me to decide who I see. This office does not care about the patients. I have not seen this doctor in well over a year and half now. What if this is the only place my insurance accepted? you are leaving me without care. This is malpractice and I will be leaving individual reviews for the doctors involved on the health grading website and I will be reporting this with my insurance company."

"I have been with AMCIMG for more than 40 yrs and can not state more emphatically how it has literally gone down the toilet over that time. From missing a cancer diagnosis, to my PCP leaving without providing any notice or backup care to her patients, to intolerably rude and incompetent phone response today, resulting in two different people purporting to be nurses hanging up on me. This was after talking over me at rip speed while I attempted to ask a question about an inconsistent finding in a blood test. They insisted on misquoting me and when I told them that they were responding to something I didn’t question, they accused me of “screaming” at them. So if you have any questions relating to your healthcare, or health status, be forewarned that you will be accused of screaming at them. I’m a pretty polite old lady, but I’m also a retired lawyer and I’m no pushover. This place has become an asylum run by the inmates. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT engage with this practice. If I could give it less than one star, I would. Pretty sad what’s happened to this place."

"I had my first visit here with mixed opinions. The physicians and administrative staffs were great and friendly. However, the phlebotomist was NOT and horrible. She stuck me with the needle and bruised my arm badly. The pictures that are included in this review speak for itself. NEVER go here for your blood drawn!!!!!"
