"I went as a "walk in" with concerning irregular heartbeats. I was brought into a triage type space quickly. They put me through a series of tests and bloodwork. They were straightforward with what my expectations should be, ie. bloodwork should take about an hour to come back (almost to the minute), after the nurse, there would be a PA, then the cardiologist etc. They were very clear and they were very accurate with the entire process. I have had additional tests and screening since. My advice is to use the patient portal. All results are added timely, I had an echocardiogram done Thursday, it is Sunday afternoon, out of curiosity I looked, and my results were there. I found everyone I encountered to be professional, informative and compassionate. The entire place runs like a well oiled machine. Unfortunately, they found something not related to cardiac care, but they were quick to let me know, and set me up with a specialist in that field. So in less than 3 weeks, they have assured me my heart is strong and healthy, and have set me up with a specialist to see this week. In a time when Doctor appointments can be 2-3 months out, I really appreciate their efficiency. My first impression of the front desk was a little off, she seemed a little abrupt or short, but definately not rude, just professional. But I have come to realize she is very competent and does her job well, frankly that is more important to me than her being a little ray of sunshine. I am grateful for Dr Purga and the entire staff for their efficiency and thoroughness."

"Up until the scheduled Ablation everything was fine. The after care is negligible at best. The first night I had a horrible afib attack, sweats, pain in my shoulder blades. Called 911 and my doctor. No return call until the second try after EMT's left. Follow up appointment the next day. Said everything was on track. Three days later I was coughing up brown phlegm a d couldn't breath. Called the office, they dismissed me and told me to call my primary. Couldn't get appt. For two days. That night I was in St Peters emergency room. After a multiple tests I was diagnosed with bacterial pneumonia. 3 days in the hospital, tons of antibiotics St Peter's saved my life."

"Horrible. Appointment department is disorganized. Doctor Feygin is consistently 45 minutes late to appointments. Now currently an hour late No explanations. They don’t care. Got here at 10:45 for an 11 am. It’s 12:20. Sitting in exam room still waiting to see the doctor. Uggh."
